Almost certainly destined to become one of the hippest of Lisbon's all too few internet cafés, Cyber Circus is so named because it's on the premises of a circus school. It now shares one of Lisbon's best views and most pleasant terraces with the restaurant-bar Gargalhada Geral. In the café, the computers are herded into one area, while another has tables where snacks and drinks are served, and a sunken area well-stocked with scatter cushions for more intimate conversations. Coffee and cakes of a reliably high quality in one of Lisbon's longest-established tearooms. The offhand staff certainly act as though they have seen it all. Croissants, cakes by the slice and fruit tarts are among the attractions. A coffee is 80$00 at the bar, 150$00 on the terrace, where they also serve meals.
